AVB
Ernso Fable, professionally known as AVB, is an American music producer, songwriter, and composer from Orlando, Florida. A GRAMMY®-nominated and RIAA-recognized producer, AVB has developed a signature sound rooted in contemporary R&B, hip-hop, soul, funk, and alternative R&B.
AVB’s musical foundation began at an early age. Growing up in Orlando, he was surrounded by music and developed an appreciation for rhythm, melody, and live musicianship through his church. He began playing drums at approximately 10 years old, developing an instinct for rhythm that would later become an important part of his production style. Around 16, he began experimenting with music production and started developing his own sound through beat-making and songwriting.
At 19 years old, early in his professional career, AVB joined the creative team and became a mentee of GRAMMY® Award-winning production duo Ayo N Keyz through Upperclassmen Music Group (UCMG). Working alongside Ayo N Keyz became a pivotal chapter in AVB’s development as a producer, exposing him to professional songwriting sessions, artist development, music business, and the collaborative environment of the recording industry. The experience helped shape his approach to production and gave him an early foundation for navigating the professional music industry. (Studio Talks)
During this period, AVB continued developing his production style while working alongside other writers, producers, and artists. His experience with UCMG helped bridge the gap between producing independently and creating music within professional recording environments.
Influenced by artists and musicians such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and contemporary R&B innovators including Bryson Tiller, AVB developed a sound centered around soulful melodies, atmospheric textures, organic instrumentation, and distinctive rhythms. His production draws from classic soul and funk while incorporating modern hip-hop and R&B elements.
As his career progressed, AVB began building a catalog of production and songwriting credits with both emerging and established artists. His work has included collaborations involving Bryson Tiller, Tink, Fabolous, Queen Naija, Eric Bellinger, Sevyn Streeter, Vory,Jacquees, and others. His credits include Bryson Tiller’s “Last Call,” Tink’s “Bedrock,” and Eric Bellinger featuring Sevyn Streeter’s “What About Us.”
One of the defining moments of AVB’s early career came through his work with Eric Bellinger. While working with Ayo N Keyz and UCMG, AVB contributed production to “What About Us” featuring Sevyn Streeter, which appeared on Eric Bellinger’s New Light project. The album received a GRAMMY® nomination for Best Progressive R&B Album, marking AVB’s first GRAMMY® nomination. (Studio Talks)
That experience became an important milestone in AVB’s career and reinforced his ability to contribute to records at the highest levels of contemporary R&B.
Since then, AVB has continued expanding his catalog and creative relationships. His work has taken him from the Orlando music scene into the broader Florida and Miami creative communities, where he continues to collaborate with artists, producers, songwriters, and industry professionals.
AVB’s production philosophy is centered around creating music that feels authentic and musical rather than simply following trends. His background as a drummer, combined with his love for soulful melodies, live instrumentation, hip-hop rhythms, and modern sound design, allows him to approach each record from both a musician’s and producer’s perspective.
Today, AVB continues to work as an independent producer, songwriter, and composer while building his creative career and business within the music industry. His catalog continues to grow across R&B, hip-hop, soul, and contemporary music, with an emphasis on collaboration and developing sounds that can connect with audiences across generations.
For AVB, production is more than creating a beat. It is about creating an environment where artists can discover the record, emotion, and sound that best represents them. His goal is to continue building a body of work that connects the musicianship and soul of the past with the creativity and possibilities of the future.
